2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to generate structured drafts based on your instructions. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

3. Data Encryption

Sensitive fields are encrypted using AES‑256‑GCM before being stored in our database. Uploaded files are stored securely in Supabase Storage.

4. Data Deletion

You may permanently delete your data at any time using your Submittal ID on the Delete Data page.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We do not use tracking cookies or third‑party analytics on SpecToDeck Notary.
