2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that any materials you upload are lawful, non‑privileged, and authorized for processing. You must not upload content that violates confidentiality obligations or applicable laws.

3. Data Handling

Uploaded files and intake information are encrypted and stored securely. You may permanently delete your data at any time using your Submittal ID on the Delete Data page.

4. No Legal Advice

SpecToDeck Notary does not provide legal advice. All generated drafts must be reviewed and approved by a licensed attorney.

5. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We are not liable for delays, outages, or data loss.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
